개인정보처리방침
flower&technology(이하 "운영자")는 게임 「야간 근무 수칙」(Android, iOS, 웹. 이하 "게임")을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이 방침은 게임이 어떤 정보를 어디에, 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 게임에는 회원가입, 로그인, 서버 통신, 광고, 분석(애널리틱스) 도구가 없으며, 이용자의 정보를 운영자나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
게임 진행을 위해 아래 정보가 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않으며 운영자도 볼 수 없습니다.

앱을 삭제하거나, 웹에서는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 위 정보는 모두 삭제됩니다.
3. 공유 기능
엔딩 화면의 "공유하기"를 누르면, 기기의 공유 기능(공유 시트)을 통해 근무 일지 이미지와 문구를 이용자가 선택한 앱으로 보냅니다. 이 이미지에는 게임 속 이름이 포함될 수 있습니다. 공유는 이용자가 직접 누를 때만 이루어지며, 공유된 내용은 이용자가 선택한 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다. 운영자는 공유 내용을 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 권한
게임은 위치, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크, 저장소 등 개인정보에 접근하는 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 진동(햅틱)과 화면 꺼짐 방지는 게임 연출을 위해서만 사용합니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 국외 이전
수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 국외로 이전하는 정보도 없습니다. 웹 버전은 호스팅 업체(Vercel)를 통해 제공되며, 이 과정에서 호스팅 업체가 일반적인 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 보안 및 운영 목적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
게임은 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 공포 표현과 갑작스러운 연출이 포함되어 있어 보호자의 지도가 권장됩니다.
7. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy
flower&technology ("we") does not collect personal information through the game Night Shift Rules on Android, iOS and the web (the "Game"). This policy explains what the Game stores and where.
1. Information we collect
None. The Game has no accounts, no login, no servers, no ads and no analytics. Nothing about you is sent to us or to any third party.
2. Information stored on your device only

This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app, or clearing site data in your browser, deletes it.
3. Sharing
When you tap "Share" on an ending screen, your device's share sheet sends a shift-log image and a caption to the app you choose. The image may include your in-game name. Sharing happens only when you tap it, and what you share is governed by the service you share to. We do not receive or store it.
4. Permissions
The Game does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage. Vibration and keeping the screen awake are used only for gameplay.
5. Third parties
Since no personal information is collected, none is shared or transferred abroad. The web version is served by a hosting provider (Vercel), which may process standard access logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation.
6. Children
The Game collects no personal information from anyone, including children. It contains horror themes and jump scares; parental guidance is advised.
7. Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
